A good vendor is one that will give you honest, experienced advice when you place an order and is still there for you once your money has been taken.  Good vendors tell the truth even when they screw up.  Good vendors are willing to stand up for you when dealing with their distributors in warranty matters.  Good vendors charge enough for the goods and services they sell so that they can run their businesses properly when it comes to customer service.  Good vendors can always be found within a reasonable period of time if a problem arises.

Listed here are vendors that I have done business with over the years that meet the above criteria.  I have listed the ones that I have had an enjoyable experience with and whom I know are well respected by others.  I am sure there are many others that meet the criteria but I have no personal experience with them

My advice is to always try to talk to the people you are considering doing business with.  Get a feeling for the personality and then compare that to the service.  Too many good people out there to waste time with those that don't care enough to give you a few minutes.

Full Throttle Speed    Home of Bob Bailey's Extender Chips, Translators, Power Loggers, etc. as well as many other Buick items.  The Scanmaster and PowerLogger are must haves in my opinion if you want to get the most out of your Buick safely.

HRPartsNStuff     Paul Ferry is one of the innovators in the Buick world that has continually introduced new parts for our hobby and his quality is outstanding.  Like so many on this list he is truly a great guy that goes the extra mile for the customer.  His business has grown by leaps and bounds over the past couple of years and deservedly so.  His poly engine mounts and various suspension pieces has put at the fore of the hobby.

Caspers Electronics    John Spina specializes in electrical/electronic products for our cars.  With the last car being produced in 1987, the electrical side of our cars is one of the most failure prone aspects.  John has a wide range of components from wiring harnesses to weatherpak connectors to sensors.  His coil tester, cam sensor adjustment tool, etc. are all invaluable to the serious car nut.  Look thru his site at all the stuff available.  ronics

RJC Racing     Jason Cramer is another innovator in products targeted at our industry.  He produces the Power Plate, rocker shaft supports, beautiful lightweight pulleys, crank girdles, and more.  His 9.90 TSM car runs and proves his products.

Century Transmissions     Mike Kurtz was one of the first guys to learn how to build a 200-R4 that would stand up to the abuse of a fast Regal.  Mike campaigned a Buick successfully in the National Muscle Car series and his trannies were tested weekly.  Another very knowledgeable Buick man beyond transmissions who is always a pleasure to do business with.  Call Mike at 713 666-2616.  He is on the southwest side of Houston.

BuickGN   Mark Hueffman has some really nice dress up stuff for our cars as well as a growing inventory of performance parts such as intercoolers, radiators, downpipes, exhaust systems, and so on.  Another great guy to deal with as he aims to please.

Limit Engineering     John Craig is an outstanding turbo builder with a strong record of customer satisfaction.  A number of vendors sell his turbos based upon his strong customer support.  An ex Garrett man, he knows his stuff!  No BS found here.

Cody Motor Sports     Chuck Leeper is a great place to go if you want injectors cleaned, looking for a set of used ones, etc.  Chuck is one of the guys that I trust for an honest opinion.  He always tells it like it is.  Drop him a line when you need some help.  codymspt@bellsouth.net

TurboTweak--Turbo Buick Performance Chips  Eric Marshall makes some of the easiest programmable chips on the market.  I really like his Speed Density chips and his conventional mass air chips are probably the most popular chip on the market.

Nos4gn parts  Glen at Nos4gn parts has one of the fastest growing inventory of Turbo Buick parts around along with a great reputation for friendly service and fair prices.  Give him a look.  He has a lot of great stuff that is hard to find elsewhere.
